RAIN Catalysts, a 501(c)(3) global non-profit led by seasoned entrepreneurs and local ecosystem builders, is on a mission to dismantle barriers to entrepreneurship and innovation for underrepresented populations and communities worldwide.

Since 2014, RAIN Catalysts has been instrumental in transforming 52 communities in Oregon and Washington, along with 4 cities in Pakistan. Our community-informed approach is not prescriptive; we immerse ourselves in existing activities, engage local stakeholders, listen attentively, map ecosystem assets, leverage strengths, identify gaps, and swiftly launch tailored programs to meet the needs of each community’s entrepreneurs.

RAIN’s mission is clear: to partner with communities in catalyzing inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems, connecting entrepreneurs to resources, including those often overlooked, and contributing to the creation of prosperous economies.

Our vision is for communities globally to support, value, and celebrate all entrepreneurs. We aim for regional leaders to recognize entrepreneurs as the primary creators of net new jobs, fostering thriving economies in communities of any size.
